Does not include:

  • Follow-up notes

  • Ongoing messaging

  • Long-term Planning or goal-setting

Online counselling

Health Coaching Session

A focused session designed to help you understand what’s getting in the way and identify realistic next steps. This option includes follow-up work by your coach to support clarity and continuity.

Includes:

  • One 30-minute health coaching session focused on your priorities

  • Personalized coach follow-up, including session notes, reflection, and clear next-step guidance

  • Thoughtful interpretation of what you discussed to help turn insight into action

Best for:

People who want more than a check-in and benefit from structured, supportive follow-through.

Treadmill Exercise Session

Health Coaching Package

A short-term coaching package for continued support that works through habits, barriers, or consistency. Sessions build on each other to provide guidance, and follow-through over time.

Includes:

  • Four 30-minute coaching sessions

  • Follow-up support after each session

  • Space to adjust and build on progress between sessions

  • Support designed to reduce overwhelm and increase clarity after the session
